In hydraulic elevators and some traction elevators, the carsling performs the functions of the sling (frame). The carsling is used in cabins with adjacent double doors or three doors, and the elevator car is placed on it. The purpose of the carsling is to prevent sudden vibrations and create noise during operation, as well as to absorb the vibrations of the elevator car. It is equipped with a parachute or emergency brake system, which is installed under the car, and it includes all the necessary components for installing the jack.

The main material used in the GS-500 elevator car sling is Mobarakeh steel sheets with thicknesses of 3, 2, and 1.5 millimeters. The components and body are coated with electrostatically applied oven-baked colors, which are completely rust and scratch resistant. Welding is not used in the structure of the GS-500 elevator car sling, and all parts are connected to each other with screws and bolts.
