The motor base is a metal structure on which the elevator motor is placed. In addition to the motor, the motor chassis also houses the pulley sheave. Generally, the weight of the elevator car, the wire rope, and other mechanical components of the elevator are supported on the elevator motor base.

Welding is not used in the structure of the GS-510 motor base, and all components are connected to each other using screws and bolts.
