The Second Gathering of Builders and Designers in Mashhad - September 1402
The second gathering of builders and designers in Mashhad took place on the 8th and 9th of September 2023 at the Sepid Tower Convention Center in Mashhad, organized by the Building Media Complex – Sama, with the powerful presence of General Cabin.
This gathering included speeches and the presentation of 20 prominent projects with the participation of General Cabin, notable architects and builders, a panel on damage assessment and identity in urban architecture in Mashhad, educational workshops, a building products exhibition, and a display of 100 projects of 100 contemporary Iranian architects.
General Cabin's Presence
General Cabin participated in this conference with a focus on creating added value in the construction industry, particularly highlighting a product called “elevator.” In this gathering, General Cabin also unveiled the first series of the Harmony Collection, which received acclaim from the participants and architects present at the Sama conference.
During the first day of the gathering, Pirooz Hanachi, the former mayor of Tehran; Peyman Jozi, a selected builder from Tehran; and Alireza Yunchi, a national entrepreneur and judge of the Maidun competition, delivered speeches. Additionally, a panel on urban governance in the 21st century was held with the presence of Hamed Kamalnia, Bahar Bozorgmehr, Majid Tootoonchi, Hooman Morsaei, and Masoud Aronaqi.
On the second day, these panels continued. Examples of added value in residential projects such as Vanak, Tavak House in Sabzevar, and Cheshmeh Tehran were presented by Farshad Mehdi-Zadeh, an architect. Examples of added value in the Vanak project were presented by Ali Mousavi Panah, an architect, and examples of added value in the Fekri Bahamaestan project were presented by Mehran Haqbin, an architect. Furthermore, Engineer Taheri Nia spoke about the approaches and new products of General Cabin.
The focus of this year’s gatherings by the Sama Building Media Complex is to build a civilizing infrastructure, and the presence of General Cabin in these gatherings has played a prominent role in presenting solutions and new products.
